I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The pool area was enjoyable, perfect for a relaxing day with a decent selection of drinks and good food options. However, our overall stay was marred by a lack of timely service and some disappointing dining experiences, especially during breakfast. The air conditioning issues made things uncomfortable at times, and the communication about room options left a lot to be desired.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel, enjoying a spacious room with breathtaking ocean views. The staff were attentive and very helpful throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. The pool area is fantastic but was crowded at times, particularly on New Year’s Eve, which was a bit disappointing, especially when the main pool was closed early.
