The location proved convenient enough for my purposes.
I faced some issues upon arrival. I then had to show proof of payment to prevent double billing of taxes. The room I was assigned reeked of smoke even on a non-smoking floor. It.

the room was always clean and well organized it was nice coming back to it
i booked a room with a balcony but got a room where i couldn't open a window the hotel had a bad smell and rooms without windows smelled of dampness the beach was overcrowded making it hard to find a sunbed

beautiful swanhorizon poolperfect staff
The room cleaning was excellent. Prashant even created a beautiful swan with towels. My kids loved it, and he always asked about our needs! The pool is great, and the beach is beautiful with that horizon pool. It was so relaxing. The buffet was nice, and all of the staff were perfect.
I booked a room with a balcony, though they gave me one where I could not even open the window.
